Please join the USGBC for a guided tour of the recently opened Riverhouse residential building in Battery Park City. The tour, led by Todd Schleimann of the Polshek Partnership and J. Christopher Daly of the Sheldrake Organization, will focus on the many sustainable features of this beautiful project including: triple-glazed window walls, green roofs, rainwater retention system, rooftop solar-tracking PV array and a host of sustainable interior finishes. 35 guests will survey the lush interiors, the astonishing view from the roof and the bowels of the mechanical systems.

Tour begins at 4:30 in the southeast lobby of Riverhouse, 1 River Terrace, Battery Park City.
