On behalf of the IIDA New York Chapter, we are pleased to announce the CALL FOR ENTRIES for the 2009 Lester Dundes Interior Design Competition.

This annual Competition was established in 2004 to recognize extraordinary design projects and to honor the members of the New York Chapter of the International Interior Design Association for their contributions to these exceptional projects and the design teams that created them.

Lester Dundes, legendary publisher of Interior Design Magazine, was a tireless advocate for the interior design profession. He was especially proud of having established the Interior Design “Hall of Fame” to honor the top designers in the industry. IIDA NY is proud to have established the Lester Dundes Interior Design Competition to honor his memory.

To enter, firms must submit their Competition Entries under the membership number of a professional member of IIDA NY Chapter, who was involved with the project either as a design team member, lead designer, project manager, and/or firm principal.

Projects to be entered must have been completed after January 1, 2008
